Mahmood - N.L.D.A. TOUR
After the success of the first stops of the n.l.d.a. tour, MAHMOOD’s first arena tour, five new dates – produced by friends & partners – have been announced today due to high demand for spring 2025.
The unmissable show, which has already moved thousands of fans during the first dates, will stop at the inalpi arena in turin on may 24.
INFO & TICKETS: WWW.TICKETONE.IT AND WWW.FRIENDSANDPARTNERS.IT.
The concert has been designed as a theatrical rave, featuring dreamy and underground visual scenes, highlighting mahmood’s multifaceted world and experiences. it shows his artistic evolution, bringing the atmosphere of european clubs into the grand dimension of arenas.
The show – creatively directed by type-ten – is divided into three parts, where every detail enhances the narrative in a coherent way. visuals, choreography, lighting, and costumes seamlessly blend into the story, amplifying its emotional depth.
Mahmood’s journey begins in a dentist’s office, where, under anesthesia, he falls asleep and starts dreaming, imagining a fantastic trip.
ACT 1: THE TAKEOFF
The first part of the show represents a journey into the unknown, a runway leading to something mysterious. The setlist includes “TUTTI CONTRO TUTTI” and “PARADISO” from his new album NEI LETTI DEGLI ALTRI, as well as past hits like “BRIVIDI” (8× Platinum).
For this act, Mahmood wears a custom Prada look throughout the entire tour: a black coat, total black shirt, and red tie, contrasting with the raw and dynamic choreography performed with his dancers.
ACT 2: THE JOURNEY
This dreamlike part of the show alternates between moments of prayer (opening with a cover of “Sabri Ailel”) and intimate moments, particularly when Mahmood sings “T’AMO,” “IL NILO NEL NAVIGLIO,” and “STELLA CADENTE” alone at a grand piano, which appears to float like a spacecraft.
For this section, his outfits change for every concert, reflecting the uniqueness of each performance. This symbolizes the unpredictability of a journey, where every stop brings a different place, audience, and atmosphere.
ACT 3: THE ARRIVAL
The final act brings Mahmood to a place above the clouds, represented in stunning visuals created by Tommaso Ottomano. This “non-place” symbolizes the present moment and his artistic evolution, closing with “RA TA TA” (Platinum, 140M streams) and “TUTA GOLD” (5× Platinum, 370M streams).
Here, the outfit—which will remain the same for all upcoming dates—is a custom-made piece by Willy Chavarria, featuring a dreamlike look with an incredibly long red durag that almost disappears into the clouds on the screen. It also contains a nod to the past, referencing a similar garment worn in the “RAPIDE” music video (2020, certified double platinum).
The show, like a wave, cradles and carries the audience straight into the heart of Mahmood’s hits, alternating between intimate, delicate moments and high-energy sequences. He is accompanied by a dance crew, with choreography by Carlos Diaz Gandia.
For this first part of the tour, each outfit has been meticulously designed to enhance the overall artistic vision. His high-fashion research is deeply tied to the spectacle itself, which is why eight different custom-made looks have been created through successful collaborations with renowned designers, including Prada, Louboutin, Willy Chavarria, Luis de Javier, Palomo Spain, T.C., and Isabel Marant. These outfits were curated alongside stylist Ramona Tabita, and further elevated with Swarovski accessories, Cartier jewelry, and—most notably—a Jean Paul Gaultier couture archive piece, part of the final collection designed by Monsieur Gaultier, making it a true piece of fashion history.
Mahmood has also conceptualized a custom microphone stand, designed by Lichene x Angostura, paired with a bespoke microphone jewel by Angostura.
