Rules

The Inalpi Arena reminds its spectators that the following responsibilities:

  • Management of entrances and security personnel;

  • Management of accreditation and access for disabled individuals;

  • Specific needs related to seat changes, ticket name changes, etc.

are handled by individual promoters, whose contact details and references are provided on the event-specific pages. Therefore, please contact the respective promoters for further information on these topics.

Additionally, please note that the venue DOES NOT HAVE ANY INTERNAL PARKING FACILITIES. However, public parking spaces, including designated spots for persons with disabilities, are available on the side streets (Corso Galileo Ferraris and Corso IV Novembre) and are clearly marked.

CODE OF CONDUCT WITHIN THE VENUE

The following are PROHIBITED:

  • Bringing in ANY KIND OF PLASTIC CONTAINER OR PACKAGE: we aim to become a GREEN VENUE and consider ENVIRONMENTAL RESPECT A PRIORITY 🙂

  • Bringing in or selling beverages contained in CANS, GLASS OR PLASTIC BOTTLES, METAL OR PLASTIC FLASKS inside the venue.

  • Bringing in SUITCASES, TROLLEYS, BACKPACKS. Only small handbags and school backpack-style bags (e.g., Eastpak 24L, max 40 cm in height) are allowed.

  • Bringing in SPRAY CANS (insect repellents, deodorants, sunscreens, etc.).

  • Bringing in STADIUM HORNS.

  • Bringing in or possessing WEAPONS, EXPLOSIVES, PYROTECHNIC MATERIALS, SMOKE BOMBS, FLARES, STONES, KNIVES, OR ANY SHARP OR CUTTING OBJECTS.

  • Bringing in CHAINS.

  • Bringing in ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES of any kind.

  • Bringing in or possessing DRUGS, POISONS, HARMFUL SUBSTANCES, OR FLAMMABLE MATERIALS.

  • Entering or remaining in the venue while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.

  • Bringing in ANIMALS OF ANY KIND OR SIZE.

  • Bringing in SELFIE STICKS, TRIPODS, MEDIUM-LARGE POWERBANKS. Only compact power banks (max 10 cm in size) are allowed.

  • Bringing in UMBRELLAS WITH A POINTED TIP OR SHAFTS. Only small foldable umbrellas are allowed.

  • Bringing in MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS.

  • Bringing in LASER POINTERS OR PENS.

  • Bringing in DRONES OR REMOTE-CONTROLLED AIRCRAFT.

  • Bringing in AUDIO/VIDEO RECORDING DEVICES.

  • Bringing in PROFESSIONAL OR SEMI-PROFESSIONAL CAMERAS WITH REMOVABLE LENSES.

  • Bringing in CAMCORDERS, GOPROS, OR TABLETS.

  • Bringing in BICYCLES, SKATEBOARDS, ROLLER SKATES, OR HOVERBOARDS.

  • Bringing in HELMETS OF ANY KIND.

  • Bringing in TENTS OR SLEEPING BAGS.

  • Bringing in ANY OTHER OBJECTS THAT CAN BE USED AS A WEAPON.

  • Displaying materials that obstruct the view of other spectators, interfere with emergency signage, or hinder emergency exit routes.

  • Conducting any type of commercial activity without prior written authorization from the event’s organizing company.

The above constitutes the GENERAL ACCESS RULES of the arena, UNLESS DIFFERENT OR MORE RESTRICTIVE MEASURES are established by public security authorities and/or individual event organizers.

WE THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION, confident that you understand that THE SAFETY OF THE PUBLIC AND THE SUSTAINABILITY OF THE EVENTS WE HOST ARE OUR PRIORITY.

Please be informed that during events, photographic and/or audio-video recordings, either individual or group, may be carried out, even incidentally. These recordings may be used for the Owner's promotional and informational purposes on official channels such as the website, social media, as well as brochures and/or flyers. Any processing of such material will always be conducted in compliance with the law and with respect for the dignity of the individuals involved.
